I remember the closeness we all shared.
No matter what “clique” you were in they were almost
interchangeable. You could hang out with
your buddies and then feel comfortable with other people in the class or on a
bus. That was the difference between
Panhandle and the rest of the world.

Going downtown and parking at
the courthouse, library, or post office.
Also, going up the catwalk in the auditorium every chance we could. Sports and all the friendships made traveling
to and from games and track meets and staying in hotels with my teammates. What memories!!
